The Italian public healthcare system is free for everyone with Italian citizenship. This gives access to Italians to medicines and doctors with little expenses. This system allows people of all social classes to have access to the same program. Millennials have seen some true innovation, according to Ms. Utter (public school teacher) "Innovation" is the key to our generation. The new generation is able to think and work faster, according to her experience millennials are able to summarize information in a way that previous generations didn't. Despite the new skills that millennials are learning, Mr. Wilson (private school educator) the new generation as to take on responsibility for their action. Work is work no matter what generation we are talking about.

Public education and private education have been the topic of discussion for a long time. While there are major differences between the two, it became obvious that it doesn't matter what kind of education you receive, it is about the people receiving it. Millennials have been accused of many things from laziness to superficiality, but how do our educators really see us? What is our future going to be like?
