The Italian system works also for doctors. Italians are constantly monitored  by the state and laws can be passed based upon the data. For instance it the population is not getting vaccinated, the Italian legislative system can make vaccines mandatory. Other benefits of having the state involved in the healthcare, is that doctors get a chance to do research that is completely financed and does not need backing from lobbyist or fundraisers.
The Italian public healthcare system is free for everyone with Italian citizenship. This gives access to Italians to medicines and doctors with little expenses. Medicines tat would normally cost 50 Euros can be bought for less than 5. People with treatments that have to be periodically checked can do it for free. This system allows people of all social classes to have access to the same program. Furthermore having a pool of patients so great mans that Italian doctors can have better data on how the country is heading.

Millennials have seen some true innovation, according to Ms. Utter (public school teacher) "Innovation" is the key to our generation. The new generation is able to think and work faster, according to her experience millennials are able to summarize information in a way that previous generations didn't. Despite the new skills that millennials are learning, Mr. Wilson (private school educator) the new generation as to take on responsibility for their action. Work is work no matter what generation we are talking about.
Public education and private education have been the topic of discussion for a long time. While there are major differences between the two, it became obvious that it doesn't matter what kind of education you receive, it is about the people receiving it. Millennials have been accused of many things from laziness to superficiality, but how do our educators really see us? What is our future going to be like? Well according to some teachers innovation is key while others warn us to be responsible.
